Training 9/28 - Threshold

We're in our transition into a new phase of training this week with some L3 Threshold work on Wednedsay!

Excited to continue the threshold work.

We will also be doing Silent Trails on Saturday so it's going to be a bad ass week!

We will be posting the training for Jalapeno Peppers, if you don't know which Pepper you are please contact us and we'll help you decide!

Team Training will be in Green bold italics

Monday:

• Off

Tuesday:

• 40min Run/rollerski on your own
• 4:20 - Corbett Gym, Strength, Core, & Yoga
  OR
  
• 4:30 start - Old Laramie HS Track , Medal Test
  

Wednesday:

• 4:20pm - Pilot Hill / Crow Drive Trailhead, 1;30 LT/Anaerobic Threshold (bring your bounding/running poles)

Thursday:

• 25min Run/rollerski on your own
• 4:20 - Corbett Gym, Strength, Core, & Yoga

Friday:

• 7am Breakfast Club! 1:15hr LEAVE at 7am from Sunshine Coffee - Rollerski, then you can plan to have some breakfast or coffee or you can take your leave! 
  NOTE:  We know you can't all come at this workout so if you do 1:15 OD, rollerski preferred but anything will count, at any point during the day please message Christi to get your practice point for the day.

Saturday:

• Silent Trails 10mile race, more information coming!

Sunday:

• Active Recovery/OD on your own! Follow your pepper Jalapeño =  1hr
