Training 8/26 - Leadville Distance Camp!

School is starting this week and that means the Leadville Distance Camp! Woohoo!

We'll do a regular week of training and then take off on Friday for an awesome weekend with lots of hours!

We have officially started our quadraped training so please bring your short, running poles to OD practices!

We will be posting the training for Jalapeno Peppers, if you don't know which Pepper you are please contact us and we'll help you decide!

Team Training will be in Green bold italics

Monday:

• Off

Tuesday:

• 40min Run/rollerski on your own
• 5:00pm - Corbett Gym, Strength, Core, & Yoga (let us know if you want to join via Zoom)

Wednesday:

• 4:10pm - Stadium parking lot, 1:30hr OD Quadraped Run (bring your bounding/running poles)

Thursday:

• 30min Run/rollerski on your own
• 5:00pm - Corbett Gym, Strength, Core, & Yoga  (let us know if you want to join via Zoom)

Friday:

• Leadville Distance Camp! 

Saturday:

• Leadville Distance Camp!

Sunday:

• Leadville Distance Camp!
