Top of Mt Sherman! Woohoo! We made it through the long weekend with some EPIC training! Some half marathons, some 14er peaks climbed, Rollerski loops of the Mineral Belt, yoga in the park! This week is a big hour week so you want to try to get it done, once you finish this one you can take a recovery week! We have the second block of summer training posted; Block 2 Be sure to check it out for both our team training as well as when you are on your own. It will also help training for the summer! We will be posting the training for Jalapeno Peppers, if you don't know which Pepper you are please contact us and we'll help you decide!
