Fantastic weekend adventure! Great job everyone who completed the full roll & run!

We'll be doing our fun grass ski this week, be sure to get your rock skis organized.


We will be posting the training for Jalapeno Peppers, if you don't know which Pepper (Pepper descriptions) you are please contact us and we'll help you decide!

The workouts we have on the schedule are not all team practices BUT if you want to be at your best for the ski season they are ALL super important!
Team Training will be in 
Green bold italics

Monday:
  • OFF!
Tuesday:
  • 4:10pm, Corbett Gym - Strength Assessment, Core, & Yoga
Wednesday:
  • 4:10pm, Stadium Parking lot, we will be driving to the lower parking lot of Happy Jack. BRING classic poles, we'll be doing our running hill resistance with poles.
Thursday:
  • 4:10pm, Art Museum Hill (We'll meet here) - GRASS SKIING!!! Bring your rock skis and classic poles. If you don't have rock skis please let Christi know before Wednesday. 
Friday:
  • 30min run or rollerski
  • 4:10pm, Corbett Gym - Strength, Core & Yoga
Saturday:
  • TBA OD Run
Sunday:
  • Sleep in and do a little active recovery

It's exciting to be moving deeper into fall. This week we will be doing a different hill resistance workout and another super fun workout through the fall colors, Roll and Run!

You will definitely need your poles this week so bring them!

We will be posting the training for Jalapeno Peppers, if you don't know which Pepper (
Pepper descriptions) you are please contact us and we'll help you decide!

Team Training will be in 
Green bold italics

Monday:
  • OFF!
Tuesday:
  • 40min run or rollerski
  • 4:10pm, Corbett Gym - Reflection activities, strength, Core,  & Yoga
Wednesday:
  • 4:15pm, Stadium Parking lot or meet at the Schoolyard pedestrian only trails (Location). BRING classic poles, we'll be doing our running hill resistance with poles.
Thursday:
  • 4:10pm, Stadium Parking Lot or meet us at the Greenbelt to skate rollerski, 1:10 OD
Friday:
  • 25min run or rollerski
  • 3:3opm, MEDAL TEST! Run at Laramie Track Other activities at the Corbett Gym
Saturday:
  • 1hr Active Recovery!
Sunday
  • Totally optional fun! 8am, Stadium Parking lot - Roll & Run!!! 2:30 OD

  • Yoga
Wednesday:
  • 20min warmup. 3x8min at Level 3, 15min cooldown. Be sure to use your poles and get as much vertical as possible!
Thursday:
  • 1:15, OD Rollerski
    Consider integrating the Line Jumps & Strategic Cornering at the Nordic Ski Lab
Friday:
  • September Strength
  • Core 4
  • Yoga
Saturday:
  • 2-2:30 hr OD Run - It would be great to use your poles on this day!
Sunday
  • 1hr Active Recovery - Choose your own adventure.

Saturday:
  • 3 hr OD Run - It would be great to use your poles on this day and be sure to find someone to do this with!
Sunday
  • 1:15 Active Recovery - Choose your own adventure.

Woohoo! We got around the bike path many times, summited two 14rs, picked rasberries, bought many mellies, cooked amazing dinners (thanks Jack!), learned a lot about each other, and generally had a fantastic time!

We will have less team training this week as we work to recover from the massive hours over the weekend. Those who were not there are fine to do some extras but for those who did the camp don't do anything extra until you feel excited to train, body and mind.

  • 5pm, Corbett Gym -  Yoga

  • 4:10pm, Stadium Parking Lot - 1:15 Active Recovery Run
Friday:
  • 4:10pm, Corbett Gym - Core Rotation 4 & Yoga
Saturday:
  • Off from training, some people might be doing some climbing!
Sunday
  • Off!
