Get ready for some FIREWORKS!!! 

This week starts one of the more important parts of yearly training, the training we are doing in July is super important! 

That being said we are also entering a time when many people are having some summer fun, including your coaches, so there will be some self-organized/buddy training blocks coming. You can do this!

We have the second block of summer training posted; 
Block 2 Be sure to check it out for both our team training as well as when you are on your own. It will also help training for the summer!

We will be posting the training for Jalapeno Peppers, if you don't know which Pepper you are please contact us and we'll help you decide! You will find the other pepper hours on the Training Resources Page.

Team Training will be in Green bold italics

Monday: OFF
Tuesday:
  • 40min Run
  • 5:10pm - Strength
  • 6:10pm - Core & Yoga
Wednesday:
  • 1:25 hr OD Choose your own activity!
Thursday:
  • Leadville Camp Crew - Yoga & Run/Walk Shake Out
  • Not in Leadville - 1:15 hr OD Choose your own activity
Friday:
  • Leadville Camp Crew - Firecraker 5k!
  • Not in Leadville
    • 25min Run, Strength, Core, & Yoga
    • OR Racing half marathon!
Saturday
  • Leadville Camp Crew - Adventure - Run or hike!
  • Not in Leadville - 2 hr OD Choose your own activity 
  • OR, if you raced the half marathon, 30 minutes of chill active recovery.
Sunday
  • 1:05 hr OD Choose your own activity!

WOOHOO! We made it to recovery!!!! This is the week that you want to do no more than the planned training. If you've been doing the other training appropriately you'll need to give your body a break!

We have had a couple of challenging training weeks and now we get to our Recovery!

For the team in Laramie we will be adapting our training a tad but for those who are looking at this online we are in  
Block 1 You can check it out for both our team training as well as when you are on your own. It will also help when you head home for the summer!
