We have had a fantastic start to this week with our Memorial Day Camp - LOTS of skiing and training!

For the team in Laramie we will be adapting our training a tad but for those who are looking at this online we are in  
Block 1 You can check it out for both our team training as well as when you are on your own. It will also help when you head home for the summer!

We will be posting the training for Jalapeno Peppers, if you don't know which Pepper you are please contact us and we'll help you decide! You will find the other pepper hours on the Training Resources Page.

Team Training will be in Green bold italics

Monday: OFF
Tuesday: This will be a tad chill, to provide some recovery
  • 5:10pm - Core & Yoga
Wednesday:
  • 4:30pm - Schoolyard Trails, 1:15hr OD Run
Thursday:
  • 1:15 TBA
Friday:
  • 25min Run
  • 4:10pm - Strength (Link to strength descriptions)
  • 5:00pm - Core & Yoga​
Saturday
  • 8am - 2hr OD Run Red Mountain Open Space
Sunday
  • 1hr Choose your own activity!

Finals and Graduation! What a crazy, exciting week!

It may seem that you don't want to take time to train this week, but this will help your brain work better and help your concentration so you should try to make an effort to jump in!

You will find Block 1 of training linked here. This will provide all the information you need for training outside the team training. Please let us know if you need to know your Pepper.

Monday: OFF
Tuesday:
  • 25min Run on your own
  • 4:10pm - Strength
  • 5pm - Core 1 & Yoga
Wednesday:
  • 4:10pm - Easy 1 hr OD run! Meet at Schoolyard Trails (Map)
Thursday:
  • You would want to try to get a :45 min run, bike, swim, rollerski, etc on your own.
  • 4:30-7:30 Valet Parking!
Friday:
  • 25min Run on your own
  • 4:10pm - Strength
  • 5pm - Core 1 & Yoga
Saturday
  • Graduation!!!!
Sunday
  • Play!!

This week we officially start the next year of training! Woohoo!!!!

We know it's a tough time of year to start something new, with finals coming, but this will help your brain work better and help your concentration so you should try to make an effort to jump in!

  • 5:15pm - Core 1 & Yoga
Wednesday:
  • 4:10pm - Easy 1 hr OD run! Meet at Schoolyard Trails (Map)
Thursday: Good idea to do on your own, team will be doing the valet parking.
  • 4:10pm Stadium Parking lot - Easy 1 hr OD rollerski!
Friday:
  • 4:10pm - Strength
  • 5:00pm - Core 1 & Yoga
Saturday
  • Off!
